The Colnago Caffè is the coffee shop that stands alongside COLNAGO Abu Dhabi, the experience centre built by Colnago in the Emirati capital, the world's only flagship store of the emblazoned Italian brand.

This coffee is grown in northern Guatemala in the highland regions. These coffee beans offer such high quality that they have the “Fair Trade Organic” stamp of approval to recommend them. The result of coffee beans grown in Huehuetenango is a light, buttery, clean, pleasant cup of coffee. It was sourced by the Guatemalan Association of Coffee farmers.

at Colnago Abu Dhabi
I have been given the cycling bug by my grandfather who was a cyclist and bike mechanic. With passion he worked on bikes for many professional riders and amateurs before and after his daily work in his garage shed.
At the age of 3 I had my first road bike and turning 12 I started racing. As a junior I competed in all important Belgium races with some great victories. Later, after graduating as engineer, I combined racing with my profession as sales manager in engineering. When ending my active cycling career, I coached one of the biggest Junior development teams in Belgium for more then 8 years before coming to the UAE.
Meanwhile also professional I was managing a bike shop and had my own apparel company. As a kid, riding a Colnago was always a dream. Being a Brand Manager for this iconic bike is just unreal!
Been in the UAE for 9 yrs with a background in French-Mediterranean cuisine, worked with Movenpick & St Regis hotels before moving to restaurants and healthy cafes concepts under Eat-X at The Sum Of Us-Dubai and Pre openings of Common Grounds as a Sous in charge, then got into cycling community cafes first at Pedal Cycling Cafe as Head chef for 2 years before making the big move into the Colnago Caffe. Love travels and A Food lover eat out at different cuisines for appreciation of culture and improve personal knowledge in the ever growing food industry.
